This site has not been audited against WCAG by a qualified assessor, so no claim of A, AA or AAA conformance is made here. Only measures that have actually been implemented and verified are listed below. A conformance claim may only be added after a formal audit.

A keyboard-focusable skip link is present on every page, allowing the header and mega-menu to be bypassed. The main landmark receives focus when it is used.
One main landmark per page
Every page exposes exactly one <main> region, so assistive technology can identify the primary content.
Single H1 per page
Every page has exactly one top-level heading, giving a predictable document outline.
Alternative text on images
All images across the audited pages carry alt attributes; decorative images are marked as such.
Language declared
Every page declares its language on the html element, so screen readers use the correct pronunciation.
Visible keyboard focus
Interactive elements retain a visible focus indicator, including the skip link when it is revealed.
Known limitations
Images without intrinsic dimensions
Most images do not declare width and height, which can cause layout shift as the page loads. Scheduled for a technical hardening sprint.
No formal audit completed
The site has not been assessed by a qualified accessibility auditor, and has not been tested end-to-end with screen readers or by users with disabilities.
Required Before Publication
Conformance target
We aim to align this website with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We do not claim conformance to that standard, because no formal audit has been carried out. We would rather tell you that plainly than assert a standard we have not tested against.
Testing carried out
The measures listed above have been verified by automated testing across the whole site: an automated crawl of 343 pages found no page with more or fewer than one main heading, and no image in our media library without alternative text. No formal third-party accessibility audit has been carried out.

If we do not resolve it
If you are not satisfied with our response you may escalate to our Grievance Officer at grievance@livetraveller.in. We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 calendar days.
