We are a modern travel company, but not a faceless one. When a trip matters, there is still nothing quite like sitting down together over a map, a coffee and an open afternoon.
A studio, not a call centre
Most of what we do can be done beautifully online — and for many travellers, that is exactly right. But a honeymoon, a milestone birthday, a first trip with the children, a journey a family has saved years for: these deserve a table, a specialist who is fully yours for the afternoon, and the small luxury of thinking out loud in good company. So we keep proper studios in the cities where our travellers live — quiet rooms designed for planning, not for selling. You are welcome to visit any of them, by appointment, and we will make the time count.
An afternoon that is entirely yours
When you come in, one specialist is set aside for you alone — no queue, no clock, no script. We talk through where you have been and where you dream of going, spread out maps and photographs, and sketch the shape of a journey together. There is coffee, there is time, and there is no obligation to book anything at all. Most people leave with a clearer sense of their trip than a dozen browser tabs could ever give them.

Our first home and our largest team, in the heart of the capital and easy to reach from across the city. This is where most of our specialists are based, and where we host planning afternoons, private trip previews and the occasional traveller evening.

A short way from the water, our western-India studio serves travellers along the coast and beyond. A smaller, warmer room with the same specialists, the same maps and the same unhurried welcome — ideal for an after-work planning session.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
We work by appointment so that a specialist can give you their full, undivided afternoon. Please do book ahead — even a day or two is enough — rather than dropping by unannounced.
Is there any charge for a studio visit?
None at all, and no obligation to book a trip. A planning session is simply how we like to begin; whether you travel with us is entirely up to you.
Can the whole family come along?
Absolutely — it often helps. Our studios have space for a family to gather round the table, and children are welcome.
What if I don’t live near a studio?
Then a video appointment gives you exactly the same specialist and the same experience, from wherever you are. Distance changes nothing about the welcome.
