A partnership worth the introduction
We are selective about the properties, advisors and ground partners we work with — because our travellers trust us to be. If you hold your own work to that standard, we should talk.
The kind of guest worth having
A partner is only as valuable as the travellers they bring, so let us be plain about ours. Live Traveller guests are discerning, well-briefed and unhurried; they research deeply, plan generously and return often. They arrive knowing your story because we have already told it well, and they come ready to appreciate what makes you particular rather than to haggle over what makes you ordinary. We do not chase volume for its own sake. We would far rather send you a smaller number of the right guests, beautifully prepared, than a crowd who were never really yours to begin with.
We represent you as carefully as we choose you
When a property joins our world, it is not dropped into a directory and forgotten. Our specialists learn it properly — its rooms, its table, its people, the reasons a particular traveller would love it — and describe it with the care it deserves. The relationship is a curatorial one on both sides: you meet a standard, and in return we tell your story to exactly the right audience, in exactly the right words.
See how we present a property →Three kinds of partner
However you sit in the world of travel, there is a considered, long-term way to work with us — never a transactional one.
Properties with a soul
Independent hotels, small groups, lodges, villas and camps with a genuine sense of place. If your property is run with real care and would reward a curious guest, our travellers are the ones who will notice.
Advisors we trust
Independent advisors and agencies who share our belief in knowledge before commerce. We work with a considered network on referrals and collaborations — never a race to the bottom on price.
The people who deliver it
Destination specialists, guides and operators who make a journey real on the day. We build long relationships with a trusted few in each region, and hold them to the same standard we hold ourselves.
We are only as good as the company we keep
Every partner we take on becomes, in a traveller’s eyes, a part of Live Traveller. That is why we choose slowly, review honestly, and part ways gracefully when a partner stops living up to the promise. It protects you as much as it protects us.
The qualities we can’t compromise on
We are less interested in scale or star ratings than in the quieter things that make a traveller feel genuinely looked after.
Good company to keep
A glimpse of the kind of places and moments we love to send our travellers toward — and the standard we hope you share.
An introduction, then a real conversation
There is no lengthy application to labour over. Tell us who you are, where you are and what makes your property or business worth a traveller’s time. If it feels like a fit, one of our specialists will come and see for themselves — because we don’t recommend what we haven’t experienced. From there, terms are straightforward and the relationship is built to last.
Start the conversation →“Our name goes on every journey we sell. We would rather work with a few partners we would happily send our own family to than a thousand we couldn’t.”
— The Live Traveller teamPartner questions
How do you decide who to work with?
We look for genuine quality, a real sense of place, responsibility that is lived rather than advertised, and reliability when it matters. Where it’s practical, a specialist visits before we commit — we don’t recommend what we haven’t seen.
What are your commercial terms?
They are straightforward and agreed openly, and they vary a little by the kind of partnership. We prefer to discuss specifics in a real conversation rather than publish a one-size-fits-all rate card.
Do you work with large chains, or only independents?
Character matters more to us than size. We work with independents and thoughtful groups alike, as long as the individual property or team meets the standard our travellers expect.
How long does it take to get started?
Once we’ve spoken and, where needed, visited, it moves quickly. We’d rather take a little time at the start to get the fit right than rush into a relationship that isn’t built to last.
Introduce yourself, and let’s begin
Tell us about your property, agency or team, and why our travellers should know you. If it feels right, we’ll take it from there — carefully, and for the long term.
Become a partner →“I have never believed in partners you keep at arm’s length. The people we work with are part of the promise — so we choose them the way I’d choose a friend.”
