When is your Argentina?
The only dependable window for El Calafate, El Chaltén and Ushuaia. Long daylight, open trails and running services. Outside it, weather and closures make the far south difficult.
The most comfortable months in the capital. Midsummer is hot and humid; midwinter is cool but perfectly walkable.
Subtropical and green throughout. The falls are at their fullest after the summer rains; December to February is hot and humid.
Harvest season in the vineyards, warm days and cool nights. Spring is quieter and equally pleasant; winter is for the Andes rather than the wineries.

Argentina visa — what you need to know
Indian passport holders normally require a tourist visa for Argentina, applied for through the Argentine Embassy in India. There is one significant exemption, and it is worth checking before you start a full application.
