France
Paris and Provence, châteaux and vineyards, alpine peaks and Riviera glamour — the art of living, perfected.
The Art of
Living Beautifully
France is Europe's most complete holiday. Paris alone would be worth the trip — the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Versailles and boulevard cafés — but beyond it lie the glamorous Riviera, the lavender fields of Provence, the fairytale châteaux of the Loire and the peaks of the French Alps.
For Indian travellers it is the definitive Europe experience: a honeymoon in Paris, a family first-trip, or a grand tour that flows on to Switzerland or Italy. Fast TGV trains make the whole country easy to explore.
Explore France
by Region
France rewards going beyond Paris — most trips pair the capital with the Riviera, Provence or the Loire.

France Visa — What You Need to Know
Indian passport holders require a Schengen visa (Type C) to visit France, applied for before travel through the French mission's authorised visa service, subject to Schengen requirements.
France is part of the Schengen Area. Indian travellers apply for a short-stay Schengen visa in advance, typically through VFS Global on behalf of the French Embassy/Consulate, with confirmed flights, accommodation, insurance and financial documents.
Reviewed against current Schengen policy. Indian passport holders require a Schengen visa (Type C) applied for in advance; apply where France is your main destination.
Visa regulations may change without prior notice. Travellers should verify the latest requirements with the French embassy/consulate or the official VFS Global France visa service before travel.
Meeting every published requirement does not guarantee that a visa is issued. Each application is assessed on its own merits by the relevant authority, which may request further documents or refuse an application without giving reasons. Live Traveller can prepare and check your documentation, but no agent or operator can promise an outcome — and you should treat anyone who does with caution. Book refundable arrangements until your visa is in hand.
For all France journeys we design, we prepare your complete visa documentation package — the forms, the supporting documents, the sequence of submission. Our visa specialists help travellers prepare complete applications with careful document guidance. Final visa decisions always remain with the relevant authorities.
