The Singapore Botanic Gardens are Singapore's UNESCO World Heritage Site, inscribed in 2015. They are open from 5am to midnight and free, with free wheelchair loans. The National Orchid Garden inside is the only paid area. Early morning is the best time: the air is cooler and local walkers are out.
