About the role
As a Senior Travel Designer you own journeys end to end — understanding what a traveller wants before they can articulate it, then designing an itinerary that feels made for them alone. You'll work across our flagship destinations, partner with the world's best hotels and guides, and be the trusted voice behind some of the most memorable trips of our clients' lives.
What you'll do
- Design fully bespoke, multi-country itineraries to a creative-director standard
- Lead client consultations and turn loose ideas into precise, costed journeys
- Curate hotels, guides, experiences and logistics, negotiating with partners
- Own the journey through booking, travel and a warm follow-up
- Mentor junior designers and shape our design standards
What we're looking for
- 5+ years designing premium or luxury travel, ideally bespoke
- Deep first-hand knowledge of several of our key regions
- Impeccable taste, attention to detail and written English
- Genuine warmth and a service instinct; calm under pressure
- A wide little black book of trade contacts is a big plus
