How to raise a grievance
What to include
Write to the Grievance Officer describing what happened and the outcome you are seeking, quoting your booking reference where you have one. Attach any supporting documentation.
When to write
For travel-related complaints, please raise the issue with our local representative while you are still travelling so it can be remedied, and write to us within 30 days of your return.
Our service levels
Acknowledgement
We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours of receipt.
Resolution
We resolve grievances within 30 calendar days of receipt. Where an international third-party supplier is involved and a full resolution is not possible within that period, we will tell you why, what we are doing, and when you can expect a decision.

For any request about your personal data — access, correction, erasure, or withdrawal of consent — contact the Grievance Officer above. We will respond within the timeframes set by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

You may approach the National Consumer Helpline on 1915, or the consumer forum having jurisdiction.
