YOTEL makes its Thailand debut with a 250-room Bangkok hotel opening on 15 October
YOTEL Bangkok Sukhumvit, a 250-key hotel in the new Cloud 11 development linked to the BTS Skytrain by a skywalk, is scheduled to open on 15 October 2026, trade reports say.
What is opening
YOTEL, which TTR Weekly describes as a design-led, tech-enabled hotel brand, is scheduled to open its first hotel in Thailand, YOTEL Bangkok Sukhumvit, on 15 October 2026, according to Skift (21 September) and TTR Weekly (25 September). We could not reach an announcement from YOTEL itself, so the details below are as those two publications report them.
The hotel has 250 keys and is in Cloud 11, a new development in the South Sukhumvit district of Phra Kanong Tai. TTR Weekly reports that it is linked to the BTS Skytrain by a 300-metre skywalk and is a five-minute commute from BTS Punnawith station, and that guests can check themselves in at self-service stations. A rooftop bar and restaurant, Fatty’s, on the 23rd floor, is due to open in November 2026. It is the brand’s 24th hotel worldwide and its fourth in Asia.
The Hilton connection
TTR Weekly reports that YOTEL signed an exclusive agreement with Hilton in March 2026 and that this is the first YOTEL in Asia to be part of Select by Hilton. The reports do not explain how Hilton Honors points can be earned or spent at the hotel, and we have not confirmed it; check with Hilton or YOTEL when booking if points matter to you.
What it means for travellers
