Practical points

Hours and maintenance closures differ between the two lines.

From the operator's pages

  • Listed hours on 1 October 2026: Awana SkyWay 7am to 11pm; Genting SkyWay 9am to 7pm. Each line also closes for scheduled maintenance on dates the operator publishes. Re-check before travel.
  • Each passenger may bring one aircraft cabin-size bag into the gondola. Larger bags go to storage or carry a surcharge.
  • The operator's terms note that haze and bad weather can affect operations.

Live Traveller's advice

  • With large suitcases, plan for the baggage rule before boarding.
  • A glass-floor gondola suits those who want the view below; it seats fewer people, so families may need to split.
  • Allow time for a stop at Chin Swee on the way up or down.
