About

Aquaria KLCC

Aquaria KLCC is an oceanarium beneath the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, in the KLCC district that also holds the Petronas Twin Towers. In about 60,000 square feet it shows more than 5,000 aquatic and land animals across a sequence of themed galleries. The centrepiece is Living Ocean, a 90-metre transparent tunnel through the main tank, where green sea turtles, sand tiger sharks and giant groupers swim overhead. The aquarium says it keeps more than seven species of shark.
