Azerbaijan’s official tourism authority names India directly: citizens of India can travel to Azerbaijan with an electronic visa, applied for through the government’s own e-visa service. The requirements it publishes are that you apply at least three working days before your visit, and that your passport is valid for at least three months after the e-visa expires. Anyone staying more than fifteen days must additionally be registered with the State Migration Service, and that registration has to happen within fifteen days of arrival — in practice hotels normally handle it, but it is your responsibility rather than theirs. Apply through the official government service rather than an intermediary; third-party sites charge a margin on the same application and are a common source of mistimed or rejected ones.
