Georgia issues an electronic visa through its official e-Visa portal, and for an ordinary Indian passport that is the route: the visa must be granted before you travel, and it is not available on arrival at Tbilisi or anywhere else. The permitted stay is 30 days within any 120-day period, which is a rolling window rather than a per-entry allowance — if you have been in Georgia recently, the days already used count against you. Georgia also operates a separate route that can exempt holders of certain valid visas or residence permits issued by other countries from applying for a Georgian visa at all. Whether an Indian passport holder qualifies, and on what terms, is a question only a Georgian mission can answer for your documents, so treat it as something to confirm rather than something to count on.

Apply early, and count the 120 days Two things catch people out. The first is that the e-Visa is genuinely required in advance — there is no counter at the airport that will fix a missing one, and a booked flight is not a reason to be admitted. Apply well ahead rather than to a minimum, and do it through the official Georgian e-Visa portal rather than an intermediary. The second is the shape of the allowance: 30 days within any 120-day period, counted backwards from the day you arrive.
