Day 1

VientianePrivate airport transfer

You are met on arrival in Vientiane, the capital of Laos, and driven to your hotel. After a rest the afternoon is free to look around the city on your own. No meals are included today.

Day 2

VientianePrivate vehicle with guide

A full day in the capital. The morning covers Haw Phra Kaew, Wat Sisaket, Pha That Luang, the golden stupa that is Laos's most important religious monument, and Patuxai, the victory arch with a view over the city from the top. In the afternoon you drive out to Buddha Park, a riverside field of Buddhist and Hindu concrete statues that includes a reclining Buddha 40 metres long, and visit the COPE visitor centre, which explains the prosthetic and rehabilitation work done for people injured by unexploded ordnance. You are driven back to your hotel. Meals included today: breakfast.

Day 3

VientianePrivate airport transfer

After breakfast the time is your own, at the hotel or in town, until the transfer to Vientiane airport. The package services end at the airport. Meals included today: breakfast.

Yes. The vehicle, guide and boat trips are private to your party throughout; there are no shared coach tours.

Which meals are included in the Vientiane City Break (2-night) package?

Breakfast is included every day from the second day. No lunches or dinners are included. Other meals and all drinks are paid for locally.

Which hotels are used on the Vientiane City Break (2-night) package?

You choose the hotel category: 3-star, 4-star or 5-star. We name the hotel for each place in your quotation, and if one is full at the time of booking we offer another of the same standard.
