Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1

This trip starts on the water. You are met at Veer Savarkar airport and driven directly to the Port Blair jetty for the ferry to Havelock. That only works if your flight lands at least three hours before the ferry sails, so we match the flight to a sailing before anything is booked; if the two cannot be made to meet, we will say so and suggest a first night in Port Blair instead. You are met at the Havelock jetty and driven to your hotel. The late afternoon is Radhanagar, the long west-coast beach that holds a Blue Flag certification, for a swim and the last light. Bring a change of clothes and a towel: the vehicles do not carry passengers in wet clothes.

Day 2

Havelock IslandBoat

After breakfast the day goes to Elephant Beach by boat, with a packed lunch included. The beach is where the island snorkels; snorkelling and the other water activities there are optional, subject to availability on the day and charged separately. If the sea closes Elephant Beach, the day goes to Kalapathar Beach instead, or that part of the trip is refunded. The time left afterwards is your own on Havelock.

Day 3

After breakfast you check out and take the ferry back to Port Blair, where a car brings you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for the town and its shops. Corbyn's Cove, Chidiya Tapu, Wandoor and the museums can be added at extra cost if time and availability allow.

After breakfast a car takes you to the airport. Port Blair's airport is small and busy, so plan to be there at least two hours before your flight.

Ones that land at least three hours before the Havelock sailing. Ferry timings are fixed by the operators and can change, so we check your flight against the sailings before confirming. If your flight arrives too late, the trip needs a first night in Port Blair, and one of our routes that starts there will suit you better.
No. This route gives its time to Havelock and uses Port Blair only for the last night. The afternoon you return is free, and the jail and its evening show can be added then at extra cost if time and seats allow. If the jail matters to you, choose a route that starts with a night in Port Blair.
The boat and a packed lunch are included; snorkelling is not. It is arranged on the day with the operators at the beach, subject to availability and their charges. Whether the boats run at all depends on the sea, and if they do not, the day goes to Kalapathar Beach instead or that part of the trip is refunded.
Sailings are called off for sea conditions from time to time, and nobody who sells the trip controls that, so the costs that follow are excluded. We rebook you on the next available sailing. Ferry tickets are in the base category of a private operator and are issued once your booking is confirmed, subject to availability.
We quote two hotel standards, Deluxe and Premium, and confirm the actual hotels with your quote rather than naming them here. Most hotels in the Andamans work to an early check-in and check-out, typically between 8:30 and 10:30 in the morning; an earlier check-in or a later check-out depends on availability and is the hotel's decision.
Starting prices are from ₹20,273 per person in Deluxe hotels and from ₹23,199 per person in Premium hotels. Prices shown are indicative starting prices per person on double sharing basis.
