Day 1

IstanbulAirport transfer with guide

After you land at Istanbul airport you are met by your guide and driven to your hotel. The day is otherwise free. Meals included today: none.

Day 2

IstanbulPrivate vehicle with guide

After breakfast you drive to the historic square of Istanbul and visit the Topkapi Palace with its Harem section, the Blue Mosque and the Hippodrome with its obelisks. There is free time for shopping in the Grand Bazaar, and then a Bosphorus boat tour. Dinner is at a restaurant in the Kumkapi district. Meals included today: breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Day 3

CappadociaDomestic flight (not included); guide and vehicle

After an early breakfast you transfer to Sabiha Gokcen airport (SAW) for the flight to Cappadocia, landing at Kayseri or Gulsehir. The domestic flight is not included. You visit Avanos and a pottery showroom, then Devrent Valley and Mustafapasa, with photo stops at the fairy chimneys, at the Ortahisar panorama point, in Pigeon Valley and beneath Uchisar Castle, and you walk in Red Valley. There is a stop at a local goods shop. An optional Cappadocia folklore night is available, with drinks included in its price. The night is in Avanos. Meals included today: breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Day 4

CappadociaPrivate vehicle with guide

An optional hot-air balloon flight takes off early in the morning and is paid for separately. The day visits an underground city, a local cave house, Love Valley and the village of Cavusin. Optional extras in the evening are a sunset 4x4 jeep safari and a whirling dervish show. Meals included today: breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Day 5

CappadociaAirport transfer; domestic flight (not included)

After breakfast you transfer to the Cappadocia airport for the flight back to Istanbul, which is not included. The programme ends on arrival in Istanbul. Meals included today: breakfast.

Yes. It is a group programme priced for groups of 8 to 42 travellers, and the price per person depends on the group size. Tell us how many of you are travelling when you enquire; the price is on request, and we do not state terms here for fewer than eight.

Are the flights between Istanbul and Cappadocia included in the 4-night programme?

No. The domestic flights from Istanbul to Cappadocia and back are not included, and neither are international flights. The programme has a transfer to Sabiha Gokcen airport on day three and one back to the airport in Cappadocia on day five, and the flight times decide the pace of those two days.

Which meals and which entrance fees does the Istanbul and Cappadocia programme include?
