Frequently asked

In Paris, for this break. Disneyland is forty minutes away by train or coach, and staying in the city means the Eiffel Tower, the river and the museums are on your doorstep for the other days. Families who want two full park days sometimes split the stay — two nights at a Disney hotel, two in the city — and we quote that version on request; it costs more and the park days become easier.
For most families with younger children, one long day in Disneyland Park is right: the castle, the parades and the classic rides. Older children and teenagers often want the Walt Disney Studios park too, which is next door, and a two-park ticket for the same day or a second day is the answer. Tell us the ages and we set the tickets accordingly.
The package includes return transfers, so a coach or car collects you from the hotel in the morning and brings you back after the evening show. The RER train also runs directly from the city to the park gates in about forty minutes, and the day-sheet explains it for anyone who would rather come and go on their own timetable.
It is a break rather than a tour, and it works best added to something else: as the first or last four nights of a Switzerland or London trip, or on its own for a family that has been to Europe before. Flying from India for four nights alone is a long way for a short stay, and we say so; the eight-night Paris & Switzerland journey is the same start with the mountains added.
April to June and September to October for comfortable weather and shorter queues at the park; the Christmas season at Disneyland, from mid-November to early January, is the other favourite, with the lights and the parades. July and August are hot, and the park is at its busiest during French and Indian school holidays alike.
