Day-by-day itinerary
You are met on arrival by a representative and driven to your hotel in a private vehicle. Brussels is a small capital with a very grand central square, and the first evening is best spent finding it. The rest of the day is free. · Brussels
A hop-on hop-off city tour of Brussels, followed by Mini Europe, where the continent's best known buildings are reproduced in miniature at the foot of the Atomium. It is an unusually good way to start a multi-country trip, particularly with children along. · Brussels
You board the train from Brussels to Amsterdam, about three hours, and make your own way from Amsterdam station to your hotel. A canal cruise follows — Amsterdam is laid out in rings of water and the canals are the correct vantage point on the city. · Amsterdam
A hop-on hop-off city tour of Amsterdam. The museum quarter, the canal ring and the older centre sit within a compact area but the water makes walking between them slower than the map suggests. The rest of the day is free. · Amsterdam
You make your own way to the station for the train to Paris, about four hours, and your own way from the Paris station to your hotel. Check-in is from around three in the afternoon, so the evening is what remains of the day. · Paris
A full day on the Paris landmarks — a city tour through the principal monuments and quarters, a cruise on the Seine past the frontages that line the river, and the Eiffel Tower to finish the day. · Paris
No touring is scheduled and the day is yours. Two options are commonly arranged locally — a tour of the Louvre, or a visit to the Palace of Versailles. Neither is included, and anything you book is at your own cost. · Paris
Breakfast at the hotel, then check out and a private transfer from your Paris hotel to the airport for your onward flight. Allow the check-in time your airline requires.
